You retain ownership of artwork, designs, text, logos, and other materials you upload (“User Content”).

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process User Content solely for fulfilling your orders and operating the Platform.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Violates privacy rights
• Contains malware or malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is owned by Printing Digital USA Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Production and Color Disclaimer

Printed colors may vary due to screen settings, material differences, and production processes. Minor variations are not considered defects.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

10. Returns and Refunds

Custom printed products are generally non-refundable unless defective or due to our error. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with system integrity
• Scrape or harvest data
• Reverse engineer software

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services including payment processors, analytics providers, advertising networks, and social login providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

13. Mobile Applications

If you access our services through mobile applications, you agree to comply with applicable app store terms and your device provider’s requirements.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which Printing Digital USA Inc operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

21. Dispute Resolution

We are not liable for failure or delay resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Printing Digital USA Inc regarding use of the Platform.
